Kimberley Croc Motel

Really have to acknowledge the staff of Kununurra Croc Motel and thank them for their excellentservice!The room was spacious, clean and comfy for the two of us and our dog.The grounds were secure, the Manager friendly, flexible and kind.Will be coming back!

Very pleasant stay for one night only: good clean room, friendly staff and our little dog was welcome too. Best motel we've ever been in.

Partner and I booked to stay here as we were travelling from Darwin to Newman. We ended up not being able to make the night we had booked when we called to change she was more than accommodating and happy to move the date for us. We booked here as we were travelling with a dog and it was perfect! They even gave us doggy treat bag on arrival which is so sweet. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was so helpful and answered all our questions she gave us great advice on places to eat and where to stop for our next few nights of travel. So very grateful for the help and being so welcoming. We will definitely be back if we’re travelling that way again!

We stayed here for 2 nights then 4 nights. We were picked up by Katrina from the airport who continued to look after us for the duration of our stay. She really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble, she was bright and bubbly despite being kept really busy. The rooms were comfortable, the garden was lovely and the motel well located but it was really this exceptional and personal service which made our stay so great. A huge thank you to Katrina and the other staff who were also friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was very rude.We arrived at motel at 6.39pm after driving all day to find her very rude as she had a birthday to go. She was very rude to my partner stating that an email was sent to say check in as at 5pm no later.The only email received from the hotel stated 2pm to 7pm was check in, as we were driving from broome we thought great we’d get there around 6ish to check inn and pay for the room.The lady went to take the payment at 5.30pm so she could leave the motel key at the fuel station for collection as we had limited phone service we hadn’t transferred any money to the account as we thought we could pay at check in.The room was fine for what it was, rundown but for the price it was a bed to sleep in.Room smelt of smoking which wasn’t nice.

This is actually Kimberley 5 Star.Good, functional, clean and affordable rooms. Can comfortably sleep 2 Adults and 3 kids. Well maintained and good sized swimming pool. Fantastic Tropica courtyard to sit around in and relax. Laundromat and camp kitchen on site. If you want to cook your own grub, Coles is across the road. If you want to get out and about, you are walking distance to everything.Carpark and Motel are quite secure.Staff were exceptionally helpful.Just great place to stay with kids or on your own.

Fantastic customer service and phone manner from Katrina - we arrived after hours and she had everything organised for us. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Our furry friend also slept very well!

Rooms were great, pool was amazing, kitchen facilities were perfect. The staff were very nice and picked us up from the airport. Central location just across from Coles and the Hotel Kununnura.

Stayed at beginning and end of our Kimberley Hike. The staff were superb in looking after all the needs of our group. Clean comfy rooms. Convenient location. Big thanks to the Croc.

This is not the ritz by any means but I think over all this was a very nice place to stay. I spent 1 week here and i would stay again. Friendly service, decent rooms with comfortable beds and a nice lil court yard in the centre surrounded by a tropical garden which was quaint. Coles was straight across the road which was convienient and the hotel is in the centre of town. I really wanted my privacy here as I was in town for my nannas funeral and just wanted chill and enjoy some alone time and thats exactly what I got. No nosey owners or managers lurking around lol! My only winge is that it would have been nice to have a table to sit at and eat dinner or read the paper in my room. There was a table and chairs just outside the room though.
