Jurien Bay Hotel Motel
Nice, friendly staff, comfy bed, mouldy dirty shower, grime was easily removed with a quick wipe. rooms in desperate need of refit, food was consistently bad, cold chips, limp salad, gristley t-bones, tasteless fish, unhealthy lunch packs, crisps, hi sugar muffin, rolls with virtually no salad (mesculin only) nothing else, no tomato, cucumber, onion, nothing. Unfortunately placed here by my employer, i would never stay here by my own choosing.

A great place for a rest. Staff are fantastic. A short stroll to the beach. Shops only a gate away. Bar and restaurant on site with a games area for older kids 7+. Also a beautiful grass area for the little (or big kids) ones to stretch their legs and burn some energy.

Great value. Short walk to sand. I would question safety though. Woke up 11pm+ group of loud, male, teenagers foraging around cars. Noticed repaired rear window. Room was comfortable. Bed too. Toilet leaked all night. Fridge rattled and clunked.

Service was good, food was terrible. If you’re going to charge a surcharge ensure the food is at least hot and fresh. Sent multiple meals back and had hair de-fried into the meal and food was rock hard. Chip even cold. We got a free round of drinks but doesn’t make up for the $600 we spent alone on food.

Friendly welcome and a busy spot both in accommodation and the two bars and off-licence.A lot of sand in the carpark and outside the door to our room. My double bed had wheels with no lock clamps on them. This meant the bed moved whenever I moved.There was water and milk in the fridge and tea & coffee making facilities which was nice.

Nicely appointed room. Very clean. The clothes airer was a bonus. The staff were friendly and efficient. There were two restaurants next to and over the road from the apartments. The restaurant next door was very ordinary. Extensions to the motel are underway but the noise was not a problem.

Jurien Bay Hotel Motel
A big thank you to the bar staff for allowing me to take my harnessed parrots into the beer garden to break our trip. And a HUGE thank you to those same staff who helped raise awareness by posting on local community pages for me when one of the harnesses broke and my baby Sulphur Crested Cockatoo panicked and flew away. You guys were fantastic!

The motel is good enough but you can hear the people talking outside. There is a locked door connected to the room next door and tou can hear their whole conversation. Hence if they are awake early u will be awake too. Cleaner cleaned next door very early and woke us up very early. Poor quality mattress, squeaky bed but generally clean room. The outside however looks very old and dirty.The restaurant food price is a rip off so don't eat here. Very expensive food and very little serving. Kids burger was very small not even enough for a 5 year old. Fish was inedible.3 star for the hotel ( clean room and great location) and ZERO STAR for restaurant.
