It was lovely. We always stay here. Apart from lack of toilet paper.Staff could be more friendlyEvery time we stay seem to be rudeBut still enjoy it here.

Unusual place. Quite old. Have to wash your dishes in the bathroom. Pay extra for a microwave. Balcony door was locked. Disappointed. Pool and gardens are lovely. Kept very well. Pub outside your doors not far for a few drinks and friendly atmosphere. I'd definately stay again but it's not the Ritz. Little pricey.

The service was fantastic, last minute 2 hours before checking in booking and the host found us a room for 4 during school holidays after booking horrendous accommodation in another place. The pool and area around was beautiful. Highly recommended.

Nice roomsWe stayed last night.Very noisy tenet above us made a lot of noise all hours early morning to 3 am.Didn't sleep much.We were in room 7.

Inept staff causing a mortifying night. Prearranged late check in for a group of three rooms in a lock box. Box was empty and the night manager informed us that we had already checked in. After confusion was sorted we were giving a key that let us into a room WITH SOMEONE SLEEPING in it.Staff didn’t seem to care about interrupting someone else’s privacy. Ended up just randomly assigning us rooms and letting us in with a master key then leaving in a huff.Spent the night in rooms with no keys, one with no dead bolt.Left in the morning feeling gross and angry

My Husband and I stayed here with our new born for my sisters wedding.The moment i walked into the room all i smelt was freshness. The room was beautiful with a big king bed. Which was comfy as. The most amazing part of the room is the back doors that open up to a beautiful garden and stunning pool. The freedom to walk around under the veranda to other guests rooms was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel. Its amazing

Very accommodating. There was a mix up with arrival times, after being told we could arrive early , got there and office was shut due it being a public holiday ( that hadn't been considered when we booked). The manager came out of office hours to allow us early arrival and resolved the issue quickly . The rooms are lovely and clean, and outlook from back door was appealing, overlooking pool area. All that is needed for a few days stay
