Arrived after closure but mgr roused to our whimpers and found us a self contained unit and a bottle of wine. Three TV's but we were out and about exploring all day but did get to watch survivor episode. Pool was very refreshing. Short drive anywhere. Such a friendly vibe. Definitely stay again.

Igor is a such a friendly bloke and all too willing to show you the sights and things to do while here in Albany. The rooms are very homy and welcoming, with toaster, fridge, kettle, bowls, microwave and more. Will be back if I'm in this area again - Ivan M

Not to far out of the town. 40 min walk or a 3 min bus ride. Room comfortable, showers hot, bed comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was the room cleaners opening my window and it hasn't security screen or fly screen. Had mozzie in room, plus anyone could of got into my room through window.

We arrived on a cold night, the room was heated up, clean and smelled very good. We decided to book in for extra days as we had such a great experience and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The heated pool and spa under cover was a great addition that helped to relax in cold weather.Daily cleaning and housekeeping provided us with peace of mind.Igor and his team are amazing.Thank you for a fantastic stay.I will definitely recommend this place if you are planning to go to Albany.

Staying at the Sleep Well Motel felt nostalgia for me. The service was friendly at check-in, and throughout, and he was very informative of local activities to do with my son during our visit.My son felt the room was like home for him... Tidy, with basic essentials and comfy beds. The hot shower was exactly what we needed after a long drive and being in the cold temp.The heated spa was a plus after each adventure.We enjoyed our breakfast very muchly, it was a great way to start our adventures.Thank You for your hospitality.

Normailly, I don’t write a review unless I was impressed indeed. Originally, I planned a xmas camping trip for our family of four in Albany right next to the water. Unexpectedly the joy turned sour due to the strong windy weather. I thought closely about going back home but before we did, I phoned Sleepwell Motel to seek the last solution. Igor and Nirsada had turn the rest of our Xmas holidays in Albany very enjoyable and memorable and we actually extended our stay. First of all, Sleepwell Motel is a comfortable place to stay with reasonable prices. It got indoor swimming pool, spa and tennis court etc. The surrounding and facilities are neat and clean. At evening time, all outdoor lights on, it was bright and made me feel safe to walk around the property even if I was at a new place. I can’t fault the surroundings and our family room during our 8 nights stay. The room has a microwave, fridge, tv, aircon, hair dryer etc, and everything works well. The hot power shower was just what everyone needed after a long day out. Secondly, Igor got fantastic people’s skills and a great sense of humour which added great memories on our stay. On the first day, after we checked-in, he patiently showed me the tourist attractions on the map and good places for food which really save up my time to do all the research. Because our family enjoyed the stay and facilities at Sleepwell Motel which really gave every single one of us good mood to wake up in the morning and enjoy another beautiful day. On the last day, it was emotional to say Goodbye to Albany, as we felt out staying at Sleepwell Motel indeed added credit to us when we think about Albany.

Very friendly and accommodating owner. Rooms are dated but do the job. On-site laundry is easy to use (no coins required!)Wifi is fast and free. Rooms are clean. Can’t complain. Parking is simple and accessible

This motel has been refurbished and has generous sized rooms, is freshly painted and very clean.Basic kitchen supplies with microwave, kettle, and toaster as well as bar fridge.The curtains are block-out, bed is extremely comfortable, and towels and linen are in great condition. The room is cleaned daily and smells fresh.Car parking at front of the room.A short drive to the city center.Very quiet location.
