Hospitality Port Hedland

Stayed for 2 nights on business.Was lucky enough to score an ocean view room. Very clean and comfortable . Very polite and helpful staff and beautiful food in the restaurant ( try the roast pork belly if it's on ....the best I've ever had)

The food was wonderful and service was great but for how bad the accomodation and beds were it was far over priced however it had benefits including convenience of location in relation to shops and amenities.

After a 22 hours bus ride from Geraldton.. I arrived at Hospitality Inn at Midnight and was welcome with a lady outside the doors making sure I had all the arrival info since reception closes at 10PM. They also approved a late check out.. but sadly… Housekeeping try to came in the room at 8AM.. which woke me up… and they came back at 9:15 asking me if I was leaving today…I felt rushed by Housekeeping staff.. I think this could have been avoided if there was a better communication between both departments.

The best hotel in the area, nice room, great location, the best restaurant food in port hedland and all the staff are wonderful, great service. The hotel next door is good but this is far better and better value. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and airconditioned although dated.Great swimming pool for the area and washing facilities for those that need them are very useful.Restaurant performance during my visit reminded me of a scetch in with the British TV comedy Faulty Towers" (frustrating and humerous at the same time) as a new menue presented service challenges for the front of house and kitchen teams and was a clear frustration for customers who waited too long for the food to be served.The new menue does have potential and is still one of the best choices in town for food..Reception staff were very helpful and the staff generally friendly."

A reasonable 70s motel. Rooms are comfortable. The restaurant breakfast was adequate, although the staff one morning was average. The dinner meal was as good as any 5 star restaurant. The duck was superb. I can see why locals recommend it. Staff were friendly . Is seems to be one of the better in Port Hedland.

We arrived just after 1 pm and have been welcome with a smile. Friendly staff gave us all informations. Check in was smooth.Our room was at the back which was pity.  Front ones looked nicer, with ocean view.Our room with one double and one single bed was spacious and comfortable.The bathroom as the room are outdated, they definitely need to do something to lift it up.Nice pool on site, but we haven't use it.Dinner and breakfast at restaurant were very nice. Staff extremely polite, helpful and not pushing.The highlight of our stay was excellent staff. All of them are incredibly welcoming, helpful and seemed happy. Great to see it and feel it.They do make huge difference. A special thanks to Erika for a nice welcoming.Maybe 2 or 3 star for room but 10 stars to all staff, therefore 4 stars.All together enjoyable one night stay.

We had a sea facing room, nice outlook. One of the better places in Port Headland. We had an evening meal and the service was excellent, far better than expected. There is plenty of parking, there are spaces outside rooms.

Probably the best option in town. The food is fantastic- really exceeded our expectations. We also really appreciated the laundry to be able to wash and dry our clothes. The rooms are cold which is great- but really need modernising based on the price they charge (+$200 a night)

Great place to stay and unwind staff very friendly sit around the pool your bound to run into poolboy/entertainment officer fergi always up for a quiet beer and bit of banter accom always clean very well maintained for it's age I highly recommend
